LAKE consultants are some of the most experienced in the UK, with well in excess of a thousand projects completed. Our enviable reputation for staff retention means that we can draw on that experience during your system implementation.
We work closely with you to plan, execute and control projects, enabling us to deliver them on time and within budget, every single time. Your key link during a project is your LAKE Project Manager, whose role is to marshal resources and assist your own Project Manager to schedule, plan, and review progress throughout the project.
Support
Ongoing support is provided from our dedicated service centre where you have access to members of the same team of consultants who carry out system implementations.
