St. Catherine's Hospice excited by the potential of SunSystems Cloud

St. Catherine's Hospice, an independent charity that supports local people affected by life limiting and terminal conditions, recently transitioned to SunSystems Cloud to improve their operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. Cathy Heard, Finance Director at St. Catherine's Hospice, shares their experience:

"SunSystems Cloud removes dependency on physical servers, allowing us to work seamlessly across multiple sites and from home. This shift aligns with our organisational strategy to be more efficient and process-oriented."

With SunSystems Cloud, St. Catherine's now has access to a broader range of functionality.

"We now have the opportunity to access applications that will enhance the functionality of our system and our processes, which were previously outside of our budget, for example fixed assets, purchase ordering, and document management capabilities."

Reflecting on the project's success, Cathy praised the support from LAKE:

"Our experience with LAKE has been excellent. The team is incredibly helpful, and we've learned a lot from them about how to configure and optimise the system for ourselves. The project management by Debbie Hodgson was excellent, and Jon Isherwood provided great support on the sales side. Whenever we've had issues, we've felt confident picking up the phone to get everything resolved."

St. Catherine's Hospice continues to look ahead, exploring further possibilities with SunSystems Cloud.

"We are now starting to look at how the additional features the cloud offers, will provide real benefit for us in supporting our financial sustainability through process and reporting efficiencies," Cathy adds.
