The Nottingham has chosen LAKE to help streamline Purchase-to-Pay with a solution based on Proactis. Proactis was chosen for having the right combination of features and ease-of-use. LAKE were chosen for their depth of experience and proven ability to integrate with Infor SunSystems.
Eddie Inskip, Senior Financial Systems and Control Manager, explains the Society's reasons for choosing the LAKE Proactis solution:
"We are always looking for ways to work smarter and about a year ago, we insourced our facilities management function, resulting in higher invoice volumes for our Accounts Payable team. As a mutual, we are owned by our members, so we need to ensure we are focussed on controlling costs and visibility of spend.
"Our requirements included something that was easy to use, gave us good visibility of costs, and a solution that had proven integration with our SunSystems general ledger and facilities management systems.
"We looked at a number of solutions, both Cloud and on-premise, and Proactis had all the features we wanted as well as ticking the box in terms of integration. It has been well received by our users so far, which is important when introducing a new system across the organisation.
"It was never about the solution alone, but the right combination of solution, integration, and people delivering it. That was critical to us and successfully delivering the project on time and within budget, validates our decision to go with Proactis and LAKE."
