There are two elements to a Solution Healthcheck:
A Solution Healthcheck helps you ensure that your system is the best it can be. The Health Check Report acts as a guide to help you and your Customer Success Manager develop a roadmap for future improvements and enhancements to your LAKE solutions.
The report is a record of findings and recommendations. The scope of the report mirrors that of the joint review and may include the following:
"We had been using Proactis Purchase-to-Pay for a number of years and our structure had changed considerably in that time. Our main Proactis administrator also left, leading us to seek reassurance that the system was healthy and being used to best advantage."
We invested in a LAKE Healthcheck and spent a day with Andy, one of LAKE's senior consultants. We found the process really useful; it highlighted a number of areas for improvement. And it is always a pleasure to work with Andy because we learn so much from him.
