Integration is a common requirement in new system implementations. Most projects involve elements of automation, the removal of manual data entry, and systems integration. It is also a popular choice for existing customers on their digital transformation journey.
Low Code Environment
Integrations should not be a black box. LAKE Integrations leverage out of the box functionality and low code integration tools to deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
Two Way Communication
Most integrations feature two-way communication between systems and elements of process automation; they are not simply data transfer. For example, information may pass in one direction, trigger a process in the receiving system, and then return a status message to the originating system, which in turn may trigger yet more processes.
API or SFTP - the choice is yours
The speed and frequency of data transfer is up to you. API to API is best for real time communication - most recent integration projects have been of this nature. File transfer still has a place however, particularly when bulk data transfer is required, and periodic update is perfectly suited to the requirement.
Data Lake
A subscription to SunSystems Cloud includes a powerful Data Lake facility. As well as being able to store vast amounts of your own data, the Data Lake is the means by which SunSystems Cloud presents information for aggregation in dashboards and reports that may be built in Infor EPM or other third-party solutions such as Power BI.
