LSL Property Services plc has upgraded to the latest release of Infor SunSystems and Q&A. The project was undertaken as part of a wider transformation programme aimed at securing and reshaping IT systems to reflect the changing needs of the business.
Charlie Hebbert, Group FP&A Analyst, explains their reasons for the upgrade:
"Data security was one of the biggest reasons that drove us to upgrade. Our internal audit team are keen to ensure that ERP systems are kept up to date in line with data security standards, especially when we're introducing automation. Another factor was that our business has changed considerably in the last 12 months. Roles have changed and the structure of the company has changed. This means we were not utilizing the system to our best advantage."
Following successful delivery of the project, Charlie Hebbert comments on the service provided by the LAKE team:
